I was once asked why I don't participate in anti-war demonstrations. I said that I will never do that, but as soon as you have a pro-peace rally, I'll be there. --- Mother Teresa

So, how about holding a peace rally at the Federal Building?

Karrie -- Peace is, or should be, the default. So we have anti-war
rallies when war is threatened!
Elaine H.

Elaine: I do not feel that protesting the war will bring out peace as much as promoting peace will bring about peace. I agree with Mother Teresa. I guess we will just need to agree to disagree.

Karrie -- I agree with you that we need to promote peace. I dont think
we disagree. We both want a better world, and war keeps tearing it
apart, wasting resources that should go to feed, house and heal people
instead of for weapons and killing.
