PEORIA -- Illinois is the best state in the USA in which to make a living, with an adjusted average income of almost $42,000 annually. That's the conclusion of Money.com, which cites high pay and low living expenses to reach its conclusion.
Now will all the giant corporations, whose executives earn multi-millions, just shut up about Illinois and its government and tax policies! Its liberal government must be doing something right, and taxes are just a part of the mix.
