Rural America needs many more(smaller) prosperous farmers. When large agribusiness(sometimes called farmers) is prosperous they want government out of their affairs, but when they're having difficult times; then they're just good ole family farmers begging for a government handout all the while complaining about welfare for truly needy Americans.
